About MALAMUTE

From the desk of Acerbic Noise Development: Prepare your throbbing loins for a band that can convincingly pull off anything they damn well please. Featuring a confounding amalgam of angular, hard-charging, post-fucking-everything, and a heroic dose of lighter-in-the-air arena rock, Hattiesburg, Mississippi’s Malamute defy simple categorization, and leave an increasing number of jowls scraping linoleum with every advancing measure. Add to the equation a rather passionate vocal delivery, and the result is a musically un-pigeonhole-able, multi-pronged, synth-heavy circus-opera that attacks the senses with genre-bending aplomb. If sweet hair and laborious fashion sense were substituted for actual talent and clever song-writing, your sister and her boyfriend would be perfecting their ultra-limber, cutesy double-push strokes at the local roller rink to the epic sounds of Malamute.
