InfluencesEvery town needs one kickass record store and we hope to be that for you. We will order you anything you desire and get you the best prices humanly possible. Lots of places have come and gone over the years and we wanna be your store for years to come. Local bands, we wanna consign your releases. We also want to buy/trade the CDs and vinyl from anyone's collection that you no longer want. Talk to us.

"Music is silent when it's still inside you. When you let it out, it takes on a sound, just one hand held toward another." - LMC

"There is nothing quite like walking into a strange little record store in a town far from home and finding a record you've been after for so long, you didnt even remember you wanted it until you flipped through the bin and saw it. There is no similar charge available online, and it can't be gotten from a CD. It is something unique to vinyl and little stores and the people who live to breathe their air." - Byron Coley

   About Landlocked Music

Landlocked Music celebrated its two year anniversary on March 3rd. In our first two years we sold a ton of great music, hosted a lot of great performances, and made everyone in the universe happier than they were before they met us. Its true!

In early July 2008 we moved our store. We are now located at 202 N. Walnut Ave. We have new and used CDs and LPs as well as select magazines, DVDs, turntables and accesories and more! We wanna be your friend. Come hang out. We stock all genres of music and if we don't have what you are looking for, we are more than willing to bring it in at no additional cost, just ask!

In a touring band? Looking to play a show in Bloomington? Of course you are - its a great college town! We're flattered, but we can't house every show, unfortunately. We are happy to guide you along your way... Here are some helpful links.

Open from 11:30 am - 7:30 pm on Monday through Saturday and 12 noon - 5 pm on Sunday. 812-339-2574
