My training partners friends and I make a lot of people tap out in both judo, BJJ and no-gi grappling competitions 12/2005-12/2007. CMU and Panther Grappling Clubs, now part of Team Balance Pittsburgh too! Ya we're just a bunch of white-purple belts. But we're still proud. ;-)

Thx man, Yea I will have vids in about 3 weeks when they send me the DVD. The match starts and he lands a weak leg kick, a few seconds later I throw a right roundhouse to his ribs which made him start to back away. With his back to the cage I throw a jab then a weak right followed by a shot. Then I swung his legs out from the cage and land in side control, I mount and imidiately he gives up his back, I get the over under then go for the RNC, but he trys to turn to his back but im pretty sticky. I finish with the Dan severn RNC.
I was pretty happy with my preformance, I kinda wanted to stand with him but he gave me an opening.
over all I like it, I thought it was way better done then last year. The No-gi was insane, there was a ton of folks in no gi for sure this year. just keeps getting bigger
at the kumite they moved me to adult superheavyweight and i got 3rd i got beat by my wrestling coach but i was winnin 5-0 before he caught me in a kamora

What's the deal with the Kumite this year? Rumor has it that submission tournaments have been banned in PA. Any light you could shed on this would be appreciated as I'm planning to take 3-4 guys down provided that it's all legit and what not
