|
| Bio | I grew up in central, ca and went to Seaside High School from 1978-1982. After graduation I got married and had a son. (Not me personally, but you know what I mean) Fifteen months later we had twins, because that's what happens when you don't have cable. I was a prison guard for fifteen years, the first 8.5 years at Soledad Prison and the rest at Salinas Valley State Prison. I started performing stand up comedy in at open mic's and coffee shops in San Francisco after work in 1997 while still working at the prison. I eventually had to retire, due to back injuries, and realized that none of the skills I had aquired in prison would help me in the real world, so I began doing comedy proffesionally and have been on and off the road ever since. It's gotten a little tougher on the road recently because I now have a three year old. There's a seventeen year break between the little one and the twins. I had to take a break and get some rest but now I'm ready. Kind of. | | Influences | Jesus, Neil Leiberman (The Comedy Coach), Bill Cosby, Richard Pryor, Chris Titus, Ralph Harris, Seinfeld and on and on. | | TV Shows | Evening Magazine and Another Late Show Early. | | Films | Small Part in a film called "Bee Season" with Richard Geer and numerous shows broadcast only in Japan where they dubbed my voice. Who knows, I might be a huge star in japan right now, LOL. |
