Influences	Welcome to Boyett's Glass Bars. If you are wandering what the heck these weird things are allow me to explain. These glass bars are used to play the steel guitar. The glass slides on the strings effortlessly with virtually no scratching noise. The weight is similar to steel bars. The advantage of glass is the grip. Glass does not slip out of your hand as easy as steel bars. Sustain is excellent. Harmonics are a breeze. We offer many colors of glass Bars. Blue, Dark Red, Bright Red, Dark Green, Sand, Crystal or any combination. Sizes are custom made to your specifications. We offer 3/4", 7/8" and 1"diameter cut to any size. Lap steel players prefer 3/4" or 7/8". Pedal steel players prefer the 1" diameter. Please feel free to ask any questions. We will be offering some samples of current users playing their steel guitars using a Boyett Glass Bar in the future. Thank you, Boyett Glass Bars
