About me:
FiveOuncesOfPain.com started as a small site in late-2006 as was nothing more than a labor of love. It was nothing more than a place for me to express my views on MMA once or twice a week. Somehow the site took off and is now one of the most-visited MMA destinations for news and opinion on the web. The site is read by fans, fighters, managers, and fight executives (we know because they call to complain about what we say!). To all those who have helped spread the word about 5 Oz., we sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And to all the insecure haters who can't handle our success -- we thank you for your support as well because you're responsible for getting our name out there as well.
