Dieses progressive Experimental-Project zeichnet sich aus durch eine außergewöhnliche Mischung von rhythmisch-brachialen Noise-Collagen, düster-spährischen Klangbildern und minimalistischem Electronic.

1995 entwickelte sich DISASTROUS DIN als ein Industrial-Electro-Project (einem Side-Project von ARCANA OBSCURA), um sich hier ein weiteres Spielfeld musikalischer Ausdrucksformen zu erschließen.
Hier nun kann er endlich all diese Klangformen verarbeiten, die in seinen anderen Projekten zu sehr eingeengt oder einfach fehl am Platz wären.
Im weiten Bereich der Experimentalmusik angesiedelt, versteht es DISASTROUS DIN mühelos, die Brücken zwischen Electronic-Beats, hypnotisch-sphärischen Soundtracks und minimalistisch reduziertem Industrial zu schlagen.
DISASTROUS DIN war live bereits mit Dive, Call, Monolith, Suicid Comando und Zombie Nation auf der Bühne, außerdem natürlich noch zahlreiche Solokonzerte, unter anderem bei der “langen Nacht der Museen 2001” im Deutschen Museum in München mit der Aufführung “Maschine tanzt 1”.
Ende 1996 erschien die erste, in den Medien sehr positiv beurteilte Longplay-CD "1". Mitte 1999 folgte die in dunkelblauen Vinyl limitierte LP “Emergency” (500 Stk.),. Dann folgte der dritte Streich mit der CD “2” über 62 Minuten brachiale Klanggewitter, Tanzflächenfüller und experimentele Klangcollagen.
Jetzt krachts gewaltig, unter Hochdruck treiben und hetzen die Beats den Zuhörer fast 70 Minuten lang durch die 16 Tracks der neuen CD "3" - HUSTLE, welche wieder eine kraftvolle Vermengung von kühlen Electronic Beats, harschen Noise-Collagen und hypnotischen Soundscapes ist.
Die neue CD “3” HUSTLE bietet mit über 68 Minuten in 16 Tracks, eine kraftvolle Vermengung von kühlen Electronic Beats, harschen Power-Electronics und strangen Soundscapes.
Born by noise the rhythm rises above the chaos and generates a structure to die finally with a disastrous din.
In 1995 DISASTROUS DIN developed as a side project of T. Gäbhard who opens here another field of musical expressions. Now he finally is able to work with all the sound structures which in his other projects had been restricted too much or were just misplaced.

DISASTROUS DIN played live together with Dive, Call, Monolith, Suicid Comando and Zombie Nation, also a lot of solo-concerts.
At the end of 1996 the first longplay-CD "1" was published, finding very positive remarks in Europe´s music-press. followed 1999 by the limited clear-darkblue vinyl LP “Emergency” (500 pcs.). Additional tracks were presented on the Essence of ConSequence vol.2 & 3, Different Forms vol.2, Taste This 7, Not Made by Industry, a.m.o.
Then the second part, the CD ”2” wass coming, more then 62 minutes of blasting rhythm, dancefloor hits and spherical soundtracks”.
Now there is an enormous smash: Under high pressure the beats are driving and hunting the audience for nearly 70 Minutes through all the 16 tracks of the new CD "3" - Hustle, which again reveals a powerful mixture of cold electronic beats, harsh noise collages and hypnotic soundscapes.
This progressive experimental project is characterised by an extraordinary combination of electronic beats, rhythmically crashing power electronics and doomy, spherical sound pictures.
