With the release of the album Domain, Devious proves itself to be a first class act in the extreme metal genre.
On this album, Devious combines modern death metal with its original thrash roots in a unique way, with an emphasis on groove and variation.
After its establishment in 2000 by Frank (drums) and Guido (guitar), the band gave a lot of crushing performances in The Netherlands and beyond.
In the current line-up, Devious shared stages with bands like Vader, Darkane, Crowbar, The Dillinger Escape Plan, God Dethroned, Malevolent Creation and Dying Fetus.
March 2006, Devious did a European tour with the Brazilian death metal pioneers Krisiun.
Devious first full-length album Acts of Rage was released on July 7th 2003 by Spitzenburg Records. Acts of Rage received praising reviews and was received very well by press and public.
Devious recently recorded its second album Domain. This new masterpiece not only features 12 brutal tracks of grooving terror, but also a music video for the track Room 302.
Domain is released on February 1 2007 through Deity Down Records.
