Originating in Gibraltar, Daor received critical acclaim after a number of successful live shows in their hometown and in Spain. Since their arrival in the UK, Daor have firmly established themselves in Nottingham’s burgeoning Metal Scene.

Mantus have 3 gigs in Derby this month. First up is an all-day benefit gig for the S.O.P.H.I.E cause on Saturday 9th Aug. All proceeds on the night will go directly to the charity. We'll be onstage at 7.30pm but the gig starts at 3pm so it's well worth arriving earlier.
Next up we'll be playing in the final of the battle of the bands event held at The Royal on Saturday 16th Aug, along with Elmo must die, Dark abyss, With silent eyes and 2 more bands tbc. We went through on the judges vote in our heat so please show your support. It's totally free too!
Finally we'll be playing with our buddies Razorwire on 27th Aug, again at The Victoria Inn. Their 3rd album has received great reviews (8/10 Metal Hammer : KKKK Kerrang!) and it's about time they caused a stir in Derby. Also with us are Alaizabel cray (fresh from supporting The Berzerker) and Ashes of empires.

Yeah I'm a bit obsessed with Angel and some one from work did that pic for me, what a present : ) I know how you feel we've been through a few line up changes in the past and is a nightmare but you always get the right person in the end. I'm not too bad thanks just been changing course at uni and writing loads new stuff with the band! Were playing with Immanis this sat which should be a laugh haven't seen them since we went to record with Ramage, but when you guys get sorted with a singer we'll have to get some gigs organized, has been too long! Forming within the darkened lands of lincolnshire and obtaining the title of "Local Heroes" from Rocksound magazine after only eight months of knowing each other, Safehouse Massacre give a performance which is hard to be wreckoned with, deliviering a heavy sound with their own distinctive style they are set to cause massacre and carnage upon theire audiences.
To watch Safehouse Massacre perform in the local Lincoln backdrop is quite a sight, to watch five close friends bring an onslaught of heavy aggressive music backed by an endless bound of energy between the front four who constantly throw themselves to their music. They are lead into actiona by main front man Aaron Williams he takes a pint in his left whilst commanding the eintirity of his audience with his right.

The premier of "A Taste Of Derby" is TOMORROW at The Vic Inn, Derby. As there's going to be many A Taste Of Derby events, it would be nice to have a good turn out at the 1st one!
