CRUMBS is the official hub of the Capital Region music scene. This is the place where all musicians and local music fans start the process of networking with everyone who’s anyone in the music business. There are many ways to find the person or musician you are looking for. The ever growing bands page is the location for active bands and the want ads page is the location for connecting you with someone out there who may be looking for your talents. This is just the beginning. We have added the new CRUMBS Cafe. The Cafe is where bands are invited into the CRUMBS studio for a short 20 min. interview and play a few songs acousticly. It is a great way for an artist to get his name and music out to the public and for the public to get to know the artist. Even though CRUMBS is officially online, building the site is never complete. Who: Singer songwriter Valerie Webb, along with Peter Kansas on guitar, Noah Bartfield on Viola and bass, and Vinny Fazio on percussion, will perform BRAND NEW original material in an "unplugged storyteller" format! This will be recorded and air on both WAMC and WEXT.
What Else? There will be a special pre show music scene mixer, and music industry vendor tables, so if YOU are in a band, you should come early, bring your demo, and meet some of the local music industry representatives. As an added bonus everyone through the door gets a FREE CD featuring 17 local bands.
