east pennsboro twp building preservation, restored chimney and repaired roof top parapets around roofline perimeter..

attention folks.. this chimney is only couple years old..this is efflorescence moisture staining due to interior condensation etc,not to mention no "weep hole" vents..if let go it will worsen and begin to rot and deteriorate beyond repair..this looks horrible a few hundred in repair could save potential of thousands later.." KEEP IT SEALED" !!
