The site Blogging Fringe (http://bloggingfringe.com) was created by Ryan Price for the purpose of chronicling and reviewing the Orlando Fringe Festival. Three intrepid bloggers - Ryan, Emily Scott, and Katharine Miller - were determined to capture and publicize as many events of the 2006 Fringe as possible. It is this endeavor's sincere hope to capture the spirit of one of Orlando's most significant cultural events.
Blogging Fringe is a channel of Liberatr.net, a media network of podcasts, pro blogs and internet television. The programs and channels of Liberatr.net serve serve a wide variety of interests, including local music, independent film, pop culture, fine arts, comedy, professional football and live music. Liberatr has also announced thier efforts to help Orlando build a community of creative professionals vie the Florida Creatives Happy Hour and accompanying podcast. Liberatr.net is hosted by Cervo Systems, an IT and multimedia services provider based in Kissimmee, FL. Cervo was founded by Charles Kreuger and also employs Ryan.

.... GOAT’s production of "A Streetcar Named Desire" opens October 9th and runs Thursday-Friday-Saturday at 8:00 p.m. until October 25, 2008 at our new theatre space at 1013 East Colonial Drive in Orlando, right next to the Cruises Only building.

Carbon Productions, LLC. is proud to announce the premiere of Kathryn Davis's new one-woman comedy Parlour Games at the 2008 Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival. Mrs. Davis plays Vivian Penmark, a "classically trained" housewife & mother, who is touring the country to promote her book about how to be a model woman in a modern world. She tutors the audience in the areas of beauty, housekeeping/cooking, etiquette, child rearing, and animal husbandry. Among other domestic duties, she will be giving tips on how to remove blood stains from upholstery and dispose of unwanted guests while still having time for blowjobs and Sunday School. But not everything is as it seems, and Vivian reveals her true motives through "parlour games" she plays with the audience. Prizes will be awarded and refreshments served.
