The Real Tiny Deal: Microshow II
5 minute sets, minimal set ups: Adikt, Dani, Dubbio Nil, Fiver’s Stereo, Frog, Hal McGee, Ironing, No Limit Cycle, The Ghost’s Lounge
Comprised of the third installation of Hal McGee’s curated, private invitation Apartment Music series in the early afternoon in his apartment (quiet sets, minimal equipment, 9 minute set length maximum) and the second Microshow curated by Action Research in the evening (5 minute sets maximum, microcassette based sets encouraged, minimal equipment a must).
Performers interested in playing the Microshow from in town or out of town please get in touch with Action Research. There will not be money for gas or anything else.
Be prepared to plug in and play. If you need a cord, bring it. If you don’t have amplification we can help as long as you’re not picky. Use minimal equipment with quick set up. Microcassette based performances are strongly encouraged!
There may not be room for everyone who plays the Microshow to attend the Apartment Music show. Invitations are at Hal’s discretion.
