He got bachelor degree in Renmin University of China, and has experiences of studying in Taiwan University of Arts and Academy of Media Arts Cologne. With widely-open and trans-disciplinary minds and eyes, he keeps track of the emerging social phenomena, currents of creative industry, the contemporary art environment especially in the field of media art and other varies theories, aiming to dig more possibilities of media extension, achieve the firsthand inspirations and expand the fields of research. He also has broad academic interests across natural, human and social science.

With a multilingual and multicultural experiences, he has many identities in the community: an artist, a hacker, a designer, a social activist and a researcher.
