Ce n'est qu'après dislocation de ces derniers, qu'une idée brillante de regrouper le meilleur élément de chaque groupe pour un DUO explosif, qui pour ses premier pas, faisait sentir une histoire qui ira très loin.Pour une première apparition sur scène (hip hop) le duo ne répondait encore sous aucun nom . Ce n'est quelques semaines plus tard, que ce DUO fut baptisé sous le nom X-Press.

Un an déjà que ce duo essai de se faire un nom dans sa localité, et ce qui ne tardera pas se faire. Un an déjà c'est le moment venu de souffler sa première bougie, et pour honorer Son public et ses fans le crew organise son premier concert anniversaire en plain air au terrain de la caserne des sapeurs pompiers à Diourbel (escale) le 31 JUILLET 2004.En 2005 x-press a été nominé deuxième et meilleur groupe DE rap aux concours NESCAFE AFRICAN RÉVÉLATION et en 2009 meilleur groupe underground du Sénégal au 72 heures hip hop.

X-PRESS a eu à participer comme invité dans plusieurs albums des groupes de la place .IL a aussi assurer la première partie lors de grand concert :

During 2005 x-press was nominated second and best rap group to contest NESCAFE AFRICAN REVELATION and 2009 best underground band from Senegal to 72 hours hip hop.

X -PRESS has been invited to participate in several albums as groups instead IL also the opening act at major concert
