Our group, founded by Jimmy Elliott, has grown to over 150,000 supporters worldwide and we have replied to over 75,000 e-mails; But our mission and passion has been simple since we began in 2008:

We cannot solve all the hurt and pain of the world, be we can show love. “Pain Cannot Cure Pain, but Love Can” is the focus of Holding of Wrist. With mass involvement we can educate others and prevent issues such as self-harm, depression and suicide while promoting a positive lifestyle.

Our vision is to see people loved, listened to and celebrated. Each life has meaning and needs to be celebrated. Each life deserves to be loved. Our mission is to see each person who reaches out to be shown love, listened to, and celebrated. We believe in starting a rEVOLution with love.

Although we cannot treat, diagnose or fix someone’s problems, we strive to shall all love and to seek treatment. There is hope to those who see it. Together, we can hold one another in hope, love, and believe in a better tomorrow.
