William "Will" Toledo, known as Willtol (born November 10) is a Puerto Rican bassist, rockstar and entrepreneur; living since 2003 in United States. Will Toledo was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and he was raised in the town of Angeles, Puerto Rico. He hold many years of musical trajectory, which began at the age of 13 years old. Will speaks fluent Spanish and English.

He began his formal musical studies in 1988 with the Professor Ferdinand Torres at his town of Angeles. During his High School Grade, he continued studying at the “Puerto Rican Culture Institute” in the city of Lares and at the “Free School of Music” in the city of Arecibo; both in Puerto Rico. In 1993, he began college studies at the “InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico - San German Campus” where he have studies in General Psychology (BA) with a Minor Grade in Marketing and Music.

During his music studies on bass guitar (1988-1995) his Professors were: Victor Echevarria, Edgardo Romero, Irving Cancel and Gilbert Rodriguez. He also took additional bass lessons with the masters on bass Eli Agustin Barreto and Harry Rodriguez. All of them in Puerto Rico. After all these years of study, dedication and preparation; in 1995, he officially began his music career as a professional bassist with established rock bands.

During his musical trajectory he has appeared on TV, Newspapers, Magazines, Radio Interviews and Internet.

The great bassists who have influenced him include: Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath), Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd), John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), Cliff Burton (Metallica), Steve Harris (Iron Maiden), Geddy Lee (Rush), Sting (The Police), Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), David Brown (Santana), John Taylor (Duran Duran), Steve DiGiorgio (Death), Krist Novoselic (Nirvana), Tony Kanal (No Doubt), Paul Bushnell (Robi Draco Rosa), Jaco Pastorius (jazz fusion - solo bassist) and Twiggy Ramirez (A Perfect Circle) among others.

He has recorded five (5) musical productions in Studio and made presentations around the Island of Puerto Rico. In Summer 2002 he appeared with “Kamaleon” in Miami, Florida, pleasing their fans in “Bayside Amphitheater” and “Señor Frogs”. While being in “Miami Beach” he appeared on a TV Program called “Planeta Rock” under “Telemundo Network”.

In 2003, he decided to move to the United States in the search for the right rock band where he can contribute and dedicate his talent and experience. That same year (2003) he came close to have an audition for the famous band Creed.

Once moved to USA in 2003, and after (3) months living there, he made his first audition with the alternative rock/experimental rock band Day of the Borderline (New Jersey). In the meantime, he was playing with the cover rock music band Pink in the Middle (Pennsylvania) and also he was playing with the emo/screamo band Bensalem (Pennsylvania).

In 2004, he auditioned for the metal rock band Downsite (New Jersey) to which he passed the audition. Also in 2004 he came close to play for the nü metal band Moth Meets Machine (Philadelphia).

In 2005, he played with the new prog/nü metal band Failsafe Nation (New Jersey). Also in 2005 he auditioned for the nü metal/metal rock band Friends Of Bill Wilson (New Jersey) to which he passed the audition. At the end of 2005, he played with the rockstar/popstar solo female singer Emii (New York City). Also that same year (2005) he came close to have an audition for the famous band Evanescence.

In 2006, his search of the right rock band came to an unexpected encounter with the rock pop electronica band Tasting Grace (New Jersey). Since then, he was their official bassist until 2012.
