As Above So Below was initially intended to be a single track collaboration between Kota Raez and Eyala Roberts, however they enjoyed working together so much that one track led to another until, eventually, As Above So Below was officially founded in the Autumn of 2018.

Kota and Eyala are independent musicians {not currently signed to a record label} as such their self titled five track debut EP, was recorded and mixed in it's entirety by Eyala and Kota. All music video's, promotional video's/photographs and album art are also created by Kota and Eyala.

Although being an entirely self sufficient band has not been by design, it has also not been without its perks. Writing, recording and producing their own music has given Kota and Eyala complete creative freedom over As Above So Below, something they both feel makes a difference to the quality of their music.
