The Washing Machine, a band from Poland, is gaining more and more recognition on the Polish music market.
Since 2007 they have been touring regularly and continuously,giving Polish audience a chance to get to know them during a wide variety of events,from small club gigs and radio concerts to performances at major festivals(including Jarocin Festival , Pepsi Vena Festival, Red Bull Tourbus, May MusicFestival, Woodstock) or while supporting bands like The Subways, Glasvegas, Ulterior.

The breakthrough came for them in 2010. In April, as the only Polish band, theytook part in concerts organized by the British record companies and media whichaimed at presenting young and most promising bands. During the "UK PromoTour" they performed in London (O2 Academy) and Liverpool (legendaryCavern Club), where they were presented to people responsible for the successof such stars as Madonna, Kings Of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs. Theybrought rave reviews from there.

That same year their debut album with an originalscore or the silent film "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" was released(www.myspace.com/twmfilm) and met with a wide audience acclamation.

Thelong awaited album by the band, titled "Into the Sun", was published by the Polish Radio in November 2011.
