Vanida’s work has been featured on the popular Fox TV show Party of Five, won San Francisco’s KFOG’s “So You Want to be a Recording Star Contest” and featured on the soundtrack to the Oxygen Cable Network documentary, “Motorcycle Diaries” as well as the theme song to “Women in Politics” documentary on Oxygen Network. The product of the Philadelphia music scene, Vanida has traveled the country performing in various clubs, theaters, colleges and festivals and developed her unique sound.

Vanida’s musical journey began when she co-founded the band June Rich, named Philadelphia Magazine’s “Best Band”. The band went their separate ways in and since then Vanida has performed both solo and with musicians accompanying. Vanida’s long awaited debut album is titled Lift you up.
