We have at least 5 set's of material and a couple of albums worth of original material. SWAMP DIXIE consists of Steven Hall, gat, keyboards, drums, vocals and Tracy Bateman, vocals and gat. We both have written material seperately (before we met) and together.

We do gigs, birthdays, private functions, weddings. We both work and so the idea is not to be gigging every weekend but have a lifestyle balanced with all that we love. We have horses, sheep chooks, bees and teenagers - not necessarily in that order!

We really enjoy writing about real life, things that move us, empassion us and love to share. Love all kinds of music and believe there is a truck-load of talented musicians, song-writers, artists and performers right here in NZ. Both of us are NZers born and bred and proud of it.
