POTTYMOUTH mutated out of frustration in 2006 and was entirely executed by the troubled mind of Dread Spaghetti .
In 2006, Dread produced and debuted with 16 songs of grand perversity perfectly titled, TALES OF THE TOILET SAUCE. After assembling a band, POTTYMOUTH performed locally in Los Angeles and built up crowds outside other towns leading to a quick following of sexual deviants, alternative lifestyle scenesters and out of control rock and roll maniacs. POTTYMOUTH was born!Dread was honored the opportunity in 2008 to tour with 90's cult rock puppet band, Green Jello, as lead guitarist (Summer Suck Tour/ All Acsuxx Fall Tour) and nightly performed the POTTYMOUTH classic live song, "Big Tits" all across the United States & Canada to receptive audiences. Achieving this wider reach thus brought the lessons of toilet stew even further. This momentum prompted Dread to gather new ideas and write music for a crucial follow-up album, that would eventually become SQUEAKY GIRLS GET THE GREASE in 2010.

“Touring and working with Bill Manspeaker of Green Jello gave me an insight on how to utilize tape, foam, and poster art to make props in support of the songs I had written. This led to a multitude of ideas in support of the songs that I already had for the 'TOILET SAUCE' disc and the newer songs that eventually became 'SQUEAKY GIRLS GET THE GREASE'. It was inevitable for me to use this approach for my own artistic direction."

With a stable, well rounded line up in place, POTTYMOUTH sought to achieve quick exposure by hitting 2 national tours as direct support for The Mentors (Summer 2012) and were invited to record "Sandwich of Love" for The Mentors Tribute disc, "For Those About To Rap'e". As much, POTTYMOUTH scored a mighty premiere in the pages of the winter issue of Girls & Corpses Magazine (2011) which is distributed in three continents. The band flew out to perform for the 2nd Annual Cory Smoot Memorial in Richmond, Va and performed underneath RAWG (GWAR unmasked).

In 2013, POTTYMOUTH released "FROM THE PINK TO THE STINK" and released the debut video "POO POO PARTY PLATTER" quickly behind. It has quickly shown a greater maturity and eventual progression thru its sound and songwriting. Special guest vocals were provided by Dave Brockie "Oderus Urungus"/ GWAR for one track "Doug Does Drugs".

POTTYMOUTH's live show engages its audiences with high energy performance art and leaves the viewers highly entertained or completely appalled. POTTYMOUTH creates a midnight party vibe, thus converting more fans with each performance and prompting others to tell many more. Never short of criticism and/or debate, POTTYMOUTH provides comedic rants and suggestively charged lyrics that leave a memorable impression.
