Each spring time, after all the snow melts, many sidewalks and ramps become filled with cracks and potholes that create uneven surfaces. Very little is done to fix the problem, unless the right pressure is given to property owners and city planners to actually do something about it.

But I wholeheartedly believe in “The right to equal accessibility and mobility.” This is because everyone from families who push baby strollers, to the elderly, who use wheelchairs, scooters, and walker need to have access to safe and reliable pathways to get to where their need to go. Therefore, this is why I have begun a endless mission to create a group dedicated to combating poor surface areas for wheels by blooging about your experience.

In my time I've notice during construction many the accessible sidewalks, ramps, intersections, and building entrances are blocked and I have to take an alternate routes. This is why we have to be loud a speak up for everybody that uses wheels for their mobility. With enough pressure and publicity, we must aim to make the public more aware of the type of inconvenience and accessibility.
