I started to train on my own and studied my body more.
I have horrible knees from Ballet of 12 years, so I took more time into

correcting my form. Form

has been a major part of my life, as being a ballet dancer, form and technique were a package deal. Seeing how my body transformed back in ways I never thought it would have, I decided to give that feeling back to others who are or have been in my position as well.
