Tim Connor is an American solo musician from Southern New Jersey.
He created the alias (band name) The Fourth Son in 2011. He is the youngest of four sons, raised by Richard and Janice Connor in Tabernacle, NJ. Timothy Carl Connor, born April 28, 1989, began playing drums as a member of the concert band, which he was a member of from fourth grade through twelfth. He was also a member of Jazz band in middle school, but did not join in high school due to his dedication to three sports. He claims his love for music was outweighed by the pressure from his father to stay in sports. Tim also states that in his third year of high school he planned to quit football to be in the marching band, but was talked out of it by a friend on the team. After high school, Tim decided to go to community college not knowing what career he wanted to pursue. He opted not to go school for music in fear that his father would no longer pay his college tuition. While attending Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, Tim began teaching himself guitar and soon after, was composing original songs. His musical skills were maturing rapidly as he practiced in between his studies, which he would go on to achieve honors in as well. He finished a degree in Health and Physical Education in 2012. Currently, Tim (The Fourth Son) spends most of his time writing new material in Beach Haven, NJ, and will be releasing his debut album in early 2014.
