Just as the song, "Where you come from" says, I really was raised in a place they called "The Grove" in a cabin made of logs that my Grandpa honed.
I grew up in Loomis, California. My grandfather had eleven brothers and sisters who all played bluegrass and country music. Their music made me who I am today. Many of the songs that I write are based on stories from my life, many of them about growing up in Loomis, CA.
