We started out as a three piece band consisting of 3 males but due to circumstances changing, the lead guitarist Matt and Bassist Kev, were left without a drummer. For many months Matt and Kev tried their best to have band rehearsals as a twosome and a drum machine but they felt like their music was empty and lacking a full band. Eventually they found a drummer, in steps Lisa! Not only a local drummer but also female! Having been used to making music with fellow males friends this was new territory for the band! Lisa brought a new style of drumming which changed the original songs and they felt like they were missing something...a rhythm guitarist! Emily was introduced and after a few practises found out she could also sing! So this created the all new SuperFake with a whole new sound.

We are each influenced by different genres of music, which has produced the bands own diverse style and sound. We use alot of pedals and like to buy several guitar's.
