Perhaps great builders are just born? If this were the music business, "Scott Binsack" founder and CEO of several successful corporations surrounding the high-end residential construction industry, might be considered a prodigy. At the age of 21, he was already generating publicity for his business techniques and the construction and remodeling of ocean front mansions and estates in the Hampton's. A Long Island, New York native, high school drop out by the 8th grade (even homeless at several points), Scott formed his first company at the tender age of 18, and generated his first million dollars by the age of 24. Scott's achievements and projects landed him in numerous national and local publications including but not limited to "House Magazine", "Remodeling Magazine" and "The Business Journal." Scott's construction/remodeling focus was catering to the elite, discrete and rich, from the shores of Long Island to the ocean shores of the West Indies and Central America. He is now considered an expert in residential construction in the United States and has held numerous licenses and certifications supporting his expertise. Thanks to Scott's overwhelming success in construction, he was able to expand into motivational speaking, lecturing and consulting which lead him to found, produce and host a successful talk radio show and a reality television program. Scott's flagship jewel Mansions and Estates International LLC, started in early 2004, was grossing yearly sales of over 15 million dollars by mid 2007 which spawned five (5) additional subsidiary corporations under the same helm.He is currently writing his autobiography and soon to be lecturing and mentoring.
