When touring and performing locally with his previous bands, Sam Braxten was able to score a vast experience in show business with a wide range of music genres and scenes, sharing the stage with artists such as, The Maine, Anarbor, Toad the Wet Sprocket, ColdFusion, Opiate for the Masses (rip) , The Kerosene Kids (rip), Calling of Syrens (now "The Word Alive") and The Atomic Punks just to name a few.
After performing live at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival with previous band Beretta Sun, Sam decided to branch out of the band into new experiences as a solo artist and left the band in good terms, handing the microphone to Devon Seidner in February.Sam, in his efforts to have a brand new name in the entertainment business, picked up the stage name "Sam Braxten" and is now at his home based studio recording what will be his self-titled and self-produced Debut Full Length cd estimated to launch in the spring of 2014, and is already performing live locally.So keep checking back at sambraxten.com for more updates.
