He has held a number of senior leadership roles with companies such as Ogilvy & Mather, The Shopping Channel, Hypermedia, and Terabyte Interactive. He has an extremely curious personality and is constantly asking questions to try and determine whether there are other solutions not yet being considered.

Rowan has spent his entire career in the technology sector, covering number aspects include hardware, software, web, mobile, SaaS, SEM, SEO and more recently augmented reality and blockchain. He is deeply fascinated by the way technology has shaped our present, and continues to shape our future, not just commercially, but socially, psychologically and environmentally also. He believes that disruptive technologies have deep, far-reaching consequences that need to be recognised, analysed, and managed.

His current company, Pattern Limited, builds business-focused web and mobile applications, helping to transform customer organisations using digital technology.
