Robert Billard has lived in seven Provinces and Territories across Canada.
Technically trained as an Architect, he spends a lot of his time writing and playing music, painting, writing and acting.

In 1991 he formed his first band and for nine years they played around the Maritimes performing original maritime flavoured music. They released three albums. As the front man, Robert wrote and sang all the material apart from some carefully chosen covers.

In 1999 he moved to Baffin Island and coincidentally his music style changed. It became more blues/jazz/rock inspired. Once again he surrounded himself with talented musicians and in 2002 he performed for a Nationally broadcast CBC gala.

In 2004, Robert moved to Vancouver, working as an Architect. While he has done a few solo shows he has taken a break from having a band and performing regularly.
