PAN will soon be launching three series on Seattle Community Media.
PAN is excited to be given this opportunity, and would like to thank you, and our many supporters who have made this possible. As we move into the New Year we are presented with new possibilities, and challenges. We are confident that our network will rise to the occasion and support us as we move PAN forward into the future.
We are excited to be given the opportunity to share the incredible stories of triumph, and determination of those brave First Nations who have come face to face with corporate globalization, and have lived to tell their tales of heroism, and heroinism with you our loyal supporters. Together we can make a difference, and with your support we can make a real impact.
These three series will be broadcast on Comcast Channel 77 in the greater Seattle area, Wave Broadband Channel 23, and to the world via live stream on the World Wide Web. These series will be focused on the past and present effects of corporate globalization upon the first nations of the world. The initial focus will be upon the first nations of the United States, and Canada, other countries will follow as the funding becomes available. We are excited to be organizing Docu/Trips with our friends in Brazil, Australia, Mexico, Taiwan, Finland, Sweden, and Tanzania.
The breakdown of the series is as follows;
Series 1- 58m episodes- focus on the past and present culture of the specific tribe. 1 episode per tribe in the U.S. and Canada (more to be added later)
Series 2- 58m episodes- focus on past and present effects of corporate globalization upon the specific tribe. 1 episode per tribe in the U.S. and Canada (more to be added later)
Series 3- 58m episodes- focus on solutions for specific tribe. 1 episode per tribe in the U.S. and Canada (more to be added later)
(Series titles still under development)
We are hoping to launch the initial five pilot episodes for these three series, and the new, and improved PAN website near the middle of January to mid-February, but we cannot do it without your support.
As you may know Stephanie, and I reside in PAN Van-1 in order to put our full resources into developing PAN. Recent emergency repairs were required to keep PAN Van-1 on the road and have resulted in the depletion of our budget, and has successfully drained our coffers to such an extent that we must reach out to our friends, and supporters for help during this season of thanks. We are asking that you donate $10.00 -$20.00 to help us keep PAN alive, and to help us launch the three, upcoming series, and website on schedule. Your support and good wishes mean everything.
