I moved a while back and currently reside in Mauldin, SC. I started my music career here, but music has always been a dream for me since I was a young boy. It has been something for me to help get away from the troubles in life. My music in general expresses me as a person. I can tell you how I feel through it. It's like a natural instinct. I produce my own music and write my own lyrics. I started with a house song titled, "club heartbreak". It had alot of plays on soundcloud and people liked it locally, so ever since then I posted instrumentals to show off my production skill and get feedback from local rappers. Soon enough I started writing my own material, which would later evolve into, "QX49". The title derives from my start in music. When my father gave me my Alesis QX49 for christmas. I use it as a MIDI controller for Reason 5. It's been my weapon for great music. I look at it as my logo pretty much. The mixtape, "QX49", doesn't have a deep concept to it. But it's base centers around me and where I am now in life starting from the beginning, hence the name, "QX49", The Genesis (I guess kinda deep). And yes I'm in the Air Force, but I will continue my art and soon release another project. So, now you see. I truly love what I do, and I want to grow in it. I DO NOT do this for the money. I do this because I love it, money is not a worry. It will come in time along with fame and all the perks. So currently, "QX49", is where I'm at in life and I want people to hear it and enjoy.
