But the thing about life is it has a way of kicking you in the gut, following up with an upper cut to the jaw and laying you out. Now here we are, reaching the end of 2016 and I am in my final semester pursuing my BAS in Criminal Justice (minor in Sociology). Remarried to a woman who is an amazing person and matches me perfectly. She keeps my head on a swivel. She is also more supportive and understanding than anyone I have ever met, and is better than I deserve.

Soon, although not soon enough, we hope to move back to Alaska, start up a farm and live our lives working side by side running our farm and retreat for wounded warriors and those who serve to keep our country safe and free.
