The Peppe family was real closetogether and always embraced black music styles like Samba, Bossa Nova,SoulMusic, R&B, Jazz, Reggae and MPB (Brazilian Pop). Resisting to all forms of prejudice and racial discrimination in Brazil.

Through music Rafael could rescue his africanroots and culture. Also influenced by his rastaman musician uncle Claudio Peppe who introduced him to reggae music when he was only 6 years old.
