Murray is a well respected veteran Guitarist/Vocalist originally from Portland, Oregon and has performed with many well known bands throughout the Pacific NW over the last few decades. He has an uncanny visual, musical and vocal similarity to Petty and you just might need to be convinced that you have not actually seen Tom Petty in concert.

In February 2009 Murray decided to form Petty Fever, so he carefully selected a band roster of veteran musicians in order to successfully recreate the sound and essence of a Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers concert. From that moment forward, Petty Fever has been providing a stunning salute to Tom Petty, performing over three decades of classic Petty hits, such as American Girl, Free Fallin’, Breakdown, Running Down a Dream, I Won’t Back Down, You Wreck Me and many more!
