Paul Arthur is different from most Blues singers on the circuit today. Although he performs today's popular powerhouse Blues Songs like: Crossroads, Pride & Joy, Mojo, Stormy Monday, Hoochie Coochie Man, & Caldonia, Paul loves to sing some of the earliest narrative ballads and pure blues tunes of the 1920's-1940's, which always captivates an audience as they listen intently to each word of his story. He is a master storyteller.

Paul Arthur & Raisin’ Cain play tunes by Muddy Waters, T-Bone Walker, Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, BB King, Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker, Howlin’ Wolf, Dr. John, Leon Redbone, Tom Waits, Johnny Winter, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee, Booker T, Sonny Boy Williamson, & many more great bluesmen. Paul does each and every one of them justice, whenever he sings one of their tunes.

Paul Arthur has been entertaining audiences with his Blues for over 30 years. Paul's love and; passion for the Blues is evident in every song he sings.

Paul’s interpretation of a lyric, and his dynamic delivery of a song is nothing short of an art.

When it comes to singing the Blues, Paul Arthur is the real deal! - It’s Pure Hot Blues all the Way!
