Formerly No Right Turn, N.R.T. were a hard working folk band from Derby, England, band who had an excellent repertoire of acidic roots rock.
The focal point, was Jayne Marsden’s distinctive voice, put to effective use on a series of pacy releases which left their folk prologues far behind. One of the best unsigned bands on the UK club circuit in the early 90s.
Marsden went on to form Jaynes Red House and a trio, Marsden Blant And Squire, with Dave Blant (member of R. Cajun And The Zydeco Brothers) and John Squire.
