Born Nathália Siqueira in Cariacica, Espírito Santo, she was awarded a recording contract with Universal in the wake of her victory, as her performance of "Você Me Ensinou Amor," written by producers Rick Bonadio and Eric Silver, became a Top 20 hit, peaking at number 16 on Brazil's Hot 100 singles chart. ~ Jason Birchmeier
