It was the year 2007 that saw the emergence of the Southern California band. Their first release was their self-titled EP in 2008; “The Savior and the Saint” followed in 2009, with their single “Thrush” releasing in 2010. In 2011, The Rare’s single, “Voiceless” hit iTunes and their latest single “Halfway to Huntington” just hit the public in 2012. Crowds have risen to their catchy choruses and melodic tunes as The Rare have performed on legendary stages at venues like Citizens Bank Arena, House of Blues, The Marquee, Paladino’s and Whiskey A-Go-Go. The Rare’s epic rock is once again being recorded in their newest album, “And I Disappear,”released on January, 12th, 2013.
