The complex is owned and run by Ian Clayton and Caron Reid. Ian previously had his own commercial recording studio near Haywards Heath, Sussex, then turned to teaching the subject. For ten years he was course leader for Music Technology at Northbrook College and taught subjects including recording and production techniques and sound design. Caron's fluent Spanish and understanding of local culture has been essential in successfully establishing and running a business here, and is a real asset when you stay with us.

Our aim is to provide a professional, friendly, affordable, relaxing environment in which bands, artists and audio professionals can work. We offer a wide range of audio services from band recording to audio visual for both personal and corporate clients.

You will find our prices similar to non-residential rates in the UK as although the accommodation is self-contained with its own entrance, it is part of our property so there is no need to charge extra.
