Born in Skopje in 1976 to a family of musicians. He already exhibited an interest in percussion instruments at the age of four. He began playing the drums at the age of six. Now he is a member of international recognized music band “Leb i Sol”.

Starting from 1989 until now he is performing worldwide with many international professionals.

He played with many of Skopje professional Skopje bands, as well. The list includes following groups: Oktavijan, SETH, Alsar Kodjabasija, Vlatko Stefanovski Trio – 1998, Project Zlust 2000, String Forces, BLLA BLLA BLLA, D.N.O, Vladimir Marash – Pod kamenom 2001,10 Osmini – 2010, Pangea Igor Bezget Big Band, Global community - Sound Unity’, Pangea - the free world, Valerija Nikolovska Band, Joe & Maya Collectiff, Sessions with Bryan Bettie, Wei Tan, Nantha Kumar, Oliver von Essen, Gyan Singh, Traja Brizani, Bata Bozanic, Reggie Workman, Matija Dedic, Sharad Srivastva, Ivan Bejkov, Gjoko Grujevski and Dzijan Emin and etc..

In 1990 he was proclaimed the best drummer at the Skopje Rock Festival. The same year he enrolled in the “Ilija Nikolovski Luj” Music School to study classical percussion instruments. Mihail Parushev finished classical music academy FMU Skopje.
