I'm just your average 40 something with a Peter Pan Complex. Too Much Education but NONE Completed. Too Much Experience in too many things to be a "master" of anything. I've been a Jack and Student of so many trades it's silly. Love people until they screw me...then I cut them out of my life like a cancer (Just ask my father). I give until I'm taken advantage of, then I'm vindictive. Love the Music Industry. I've got the most beautiful wife of 20+ years who loves and supports me and 3 honest, respectful, smart and creative kids who are almost all out of the house.

Grew up in Santa Rosa, California. Went to El Molino HS from 82-86. Started Working at the age of 10 for my family's resort, the El Rancho Tropicana/Elegant Broiler where for 12 years I did everything from pick up trash to Maitre'D to having my own 40 foot Brunch Buffet Table, to Accounting to Convention Supervisor. The ERT/EB was sold for it's Real Estate Value in 1992, forcing me into Real Estate Investment.

I wanted to be a rock drummer/singer when I was in High School but quickly went "back of the house" in 87 while I was attending UNLV for Hospitality/Casino Management. That's when I started managing a young thrash metal band called Vengeance who where originally from Minnesota.

Got back into managing bands in 2005 with a band of 14 year olds that went to school with my kids called The Uprise of a Downfall. It was there, with the acknowledgment of many local rockstars that I began to be known within the local rock music scene.

In 2008, my mother was diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's Disease). I started a small charitable organization (never got it to full 501c3 Tax Free Charity Status) called Rock Out ALS to build awareness of the disease and raise funds for care and research. ROALS was put on the back burner in 2011 after working with most of the biggest unsigned rock bands in Seattle. It was there that I built a strong reputation as a promoter and started Mad Mike Presents in 2010.

Also in 2010, I began managing a new young band called JAR (aka JAR of RAIN). They had been on my radar for a year or so and no one was really helping them, though they had the respect of many veteran musicians in the area. Together we recorded their first professionally recorded, produced and packaged CD called Humans. We are still working together today.

For the past 7 years, I've been trying to launch a line of bbq sauces, rubs and merchandise under the brand Mad Mike's BBQ. I am in the process of redesigning everything from the bottom up for a 2014 Launch.
