Matthew Stegers personal Bio - I am happy to have found marital, family and career successes all at such a young age.
I believe my deep rooted beliefs and influences have been major contributors to finding myself here in life at this time. It is because of those individuals such as my wife, children, parents and even staff that I look forward to continue to grow in life and career.

Many times I find myself to be the mentor of those young and old that recognize that it is life experiences that really mold a person. I am happy to share those experiences with others at any time.

At 15 I joined the workforce and quickly determined that I was better suited as a leader and not a follower. It was that which guided my career choices that followed. I spent my teen years bouncing around jobs finding myself but the day I found the one that fit I rolled with it. It wasn't long before my ambitions and creativity landed me a promotion to sales and shortly after to sales manager.

Seeing that the sky was the limit I continued to strive for more responsibilities and of course opportunity. Realizing that within the company I found myself I couldn't reach my personal goals I made my first hard decision in life to leave one good job for another. Gladly as tough of a decision as it was I quickly realized it was the right one.

My next career took me to whole new levels. I found myself managing multiple departments overseeing millions of dollars in budgets and broadening out my network. Before long the company I was with had quadrupled in size and revenues. I was now a member of the executive team and I felt untouchable. It was during this period of time though that I learned valuable yet costly business lessons. There were always multi-million dollar contracts on the line, nerves on edge and big decisions to make, the type of decisions that change the culture of those involved for life.

After many years of the constant battle of day to day business in a cutthroat economy I made yet another big career move, get out of the business. Yes I did it, I left the business I knew best to try my hand at a totally new venture. You know I have not mentioned this yet but I was voted my senior year to be the "mostly likely to become a millionaire" I figured going off on my own could be my big break. I had come to learn so much about business, ethics, budgets and marketing. So I had to pick one avenue to take and as you will see in a moment I thought the decision was simple.

It was marketing that I had chosen. For one it had always gotten me excited additionally my new wife had already spent most of her career and education in that field. We decided to start to operations simultaneously, Printed Revolution and Untitled Advertising. This decision was based on our shared successes, experiences and love of sales and marketing. Additionally, we had the benefit of my successfully growing and managing several businesses.

To start something from the ground level is both invigorating and gut-wrenching but an experience everyone should try once. Starting a business with your new wife on the other hand can be a totally different story. For us it couldn't work and my love for her outweighs my love for business. So it had came time to make another decision ultimately that was leave the business to her and take on another career.

I knew I couldn't get excited about just any career it had to be a good opportunity that valued my experience and provided me a opportunity to control a portion of my on financial future. After considering many offers and traveling all over the country to consider opportunities at some truly spectacular companies I made my decision. This company stood out above the rest. It was a company driven by entrepreneurial spirit so clearly the new place to call home Phoenix Group Metals.

With a Happy heart, home and career here I stand always looking forward to prospect the future will bring.
