Born Mary Norell Jackson, and known also as simply Norell.
A multi-faceted artist, singer, writer, programmer, and communications enthusiast. She studied Liberal Arts at Northland College for two years before transferring in 2009 and graduating with honors in 2011 from the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She tied for first place for best vocal performance at the CLA Talent Show in 2010. She has sang with Terrell "Carnage" Woods from Rhymesayers entertainment, alongside Elliott Roche. She also sang in Emily Colay's (Wookiefoot) choir, Cantera in 2011/2012. She has done backup vocals for the Artist Brant Kingman's daughter; recorded vocals for MPLS.TV "Uptown Episode"; performed with Elliott Roche (The Cheap Thrills) at various Twin Cities venues; as well as performing solo at the Lounge Nightclub in Minneapolis at X Fashion on September 30th, 2011.

She has worked alongside the artist Zander on his body paint tours including Summer Set Music and Camping Festival, and Sexapalooza in Minneapolis and Portland in 2012, Benny Benassi in 2013, followed by Gay Pride in Minneapolis at the Gay 90's in 2013 and 2014. She also conducted interviews, and put together several blogs for XTV (founded by Zander) with highlights including interviewing Amy Klobuchar, Bill Moyers, and Jacob Frey. She has been body painted live in the streets and is currently working on an autobiography, as well as an online gallery featuring her modeling ventures.

She took the stage on Friday the 13th, of June 2014, for the Love Monster Famous App Release Party. It was her band's debut live performance, and marked the release of their debut album "Last Words" - a smart album - with videos, games, and much more, all available in the native iOS app she helped build with her band, Famous. She codes and programs regularly, and is producing new music with her band for upcoming albums that will become available in the app.

Some of her biggest inspirations include Ellen DeGeneres, Robin Williams, Albert Einstein, the Dalai Llama, as well as those who've inspired her musically, most notably, Fiona Apple, Björk, Gwen Stefani from her No Doubt days, Ella Fitzgerald, NIN, Massive Attack, Nirvana, and more.
