Hello - my name is Mark Chandler and I'm a Real Estate Developer currently living in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. I am also interested in travel, food, and supporting local community artists. I am a big supporter of working with organizations in my immediate community and over the last 35 years, have proudly given financially through my company Newmark.

We specifically are in support of social housing projects. The money is given directly to the cities we have lived in for them to allocate to current charities in need of financial support. Another project dear to me is Habitat for Humanity. As a developer, we recreate typical housing units for potential buyers to see in person. This gives them the look, feel and idea of what they are about to purchase. At the end of the sales process, the sales unit is disassembled and there tends to be a huge amount of waste during the breakdown and disposal.
