Biography of Pastor Marc A. Rouse Marc A. Rouse was born in Chicago, IL to the parents of Mr. James and
Evangelist Dorothy Rouse; later relocating to Milwaukee, WI. He was

blessed to be raised and nurtured by his praying mother. Marc was called

into ministry at the transitioning age of 13. In the early stages of his

ministry, he faced and overcame many of life’s challenges. During those

challenging times, God allowed Prophet Floyd Brown to encourage and

speak into Marc’s life; boldly declaring the man of God that he was

destined to become!

Marc’s family attended the Greater Westside COGIC where he was

mentored and nurtured under the late Pastor Willie Hines (also known

as "Dad Hines"). In 1977, under the pastorate of "Dad Hines", Marc was

ordained a minister of the gospel. With passion, he began preaching and

evangelizing with every opportunity! Marc embraced his love for

outreach ministry and became an active member of prison ministry.

Marc was blessed to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the in-mates at

the Prison facility of Green Bay, WI., on a regular basis. His

ministry continued to expand and grow. As a result, he has been blessed

to conduct revivals across the country; imparting to God’s people a

refreshing and "on time" word from the Lord.

In 1988, he relocated to Peoria, IL. There, he connected to New Hope

International Ministries where Bishop Harold and the late Prophetess

Mattie Dawson presided. In this divine connection, God used the

apostolic and prophetic anointing to bring healing, growth and

restoration into his life. He was afforded the opportunity to study under

Reverend Robert Caruth of Moody ‘Bible Institute and New Hope

International Ministries. His studies included Greek and Hebrew

interpretation, Theology and Eschatology.

In 1999, led by the Lord, Marc returned to Milwaukee, WI. To attend

Christian Fellowship Church, formally known as Greater Westside

COGIC. He was ordained as Pastor, under the Leadership of Apostle

Darrell and Pamela Hines; and charged to carryout the mission that

God had call him to do. In 2000, he relocated to Charlotte, NC where the mission would begin.

He has served as a Ministerial Assistant to various pastors, conducting

leadership and ministerial building classes. These classes were designed to

teach character and responsibility in ministry. Marc has been blessed

to minister the word of God on various Christian-based telecasts and

panels. His gift has also made room for him as a talk show host on blog talk radio and as an author and writer and also in the political arena. In

2001, he participated in Charlotte's Mayoral campaign with Ella

Scarborough and Charlotte's City Councilman campaign with Patrick

Cannon, mayor pro-temp in 2002. He also served as Chaplin for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police department from 2010-2013.

Marc exhibits determination, tenacity and resilience in the heat of

adversity. He believes that tough times don't last, tough people do! He

possesses a strong knowledge of biblical history of the past, present and

future. He believes in bridging the gaps between the young, the old and

all ethnic groups in the community. It is his mission to underscore the

understanding of every man, woman, and child, through the agape love

of Christ, the need for "true relationship" with God. Marc believes true

relationship between man and God will produce first, a generational

and eternal inheritance both spiritually and naturally; and second,

consistent power, faith and victory in the life of the believer. He

preaches an uncompromising gospel with the aim to persuade man away

from religion and into right standing with God. He believes in the

hierarchy of family: God first, wife, children then church. He believes

the family is a strong unit. Nothing can penetrate a family that stands

together in prayer, faith and love.

Marc is married to his "dream girl", Venus. Together, they are

committed to accomplishing the will of God for their lives!
