Spanish heavy metal foursome Mano Dura was formed in 1995 by Joaquín Fernández, Luis Alcalá Chaparro, and Isidro García Rodríguez.
In 1998 drummer Antonio Pérez replaced Isidro García Rodriguez and guitarist Ernesto Cabello joined in. Mano Dura started recording their debut album, called Bordeando El Límite, in October of 1999, around the same time they met the band's fourth member -- keyboardist Néstor Melguizo. ~ Drago Bonacich
