After working behind the scenes with Usher and John Legend, writer, rapper, and producer Luke Christopher introduced his solo career with a series of mixtapes.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Christopher debuted as a solo artist with the TMRW, TMRW mixtape released in early 2014. The song "Life Jackets" became the tape's breakout hit, thanks in part to its clever sampling of Scala & Kolacny Brothers' version of Radiohead's "Creep." The mixtape TMRW, TMRW 2 followed before the end of the year. ~ David Jeffries
