This is a pragmatic guide to LIBERTINA’s full concert show, so that you/we may achieve the full benefit from her live stage show performance. Stage:

LIBERTINA: LIVE requires a minimum-sized stage / performance area of 21 feet x 15 feet (7 metres x 5 metres), no less than 2 feet elevated above floor level. STRICTLY NO DANCE FLOOR AREA ALLOWED in front of stage – if any dance floor is present, it is to be covered with patron’s tables and chairs, to get fans as close to LIBERTINA as possible for maximum intimacy. Please also include front stairs offstage, so LIBERTINA can immerse herself directly with her audience as she requires.

Sound System and Lighting:

Though LIBERTINA: LIVE prefers to tour with her own sound and lighting technicians, she will be happy to use a venue-supplied Sound Engineer, providing he / she has MINIMUM qualifications of being a ‘Majors-qualified’ Sound Engineer with ample large concert experience, and same in the use of a similar monitor technician and lighting technician. Regarding the PA system, as a minimum, a mid-sized PA system provided for the main concert room, with sufficient power to supply a clean and undistorted 120db SPL RMS to the mixing desk, and also a powerful and feedback-proof monitor system. It is very important that the stage singers and the drummer each have their own monitor speakers with separate mix sends. For venues over 500 people, LIBERTINA will require an extra monitor each for herself, the guitar players, and two side-fills for very large venues and stadium stages.

STAGE PLAN:

Additional Equipment:

Back-line stage instrument amplifiers’ brands and model names to be forwarded to LIBERTINA: LIVE two weeks before the event. Individual instrument risers (drums, bass and keyboard) are favourably requested, though not essential.

Sound-checking:

The 7-piece LIBERTINA: LIVE band requires a minimum of 60 minutes actual sound-check to perfect the concert sound pre-show: 90 minutes including setup, is preferred.

Backstage:

A CLEAN and reasonable-sized change room is required for LIBERTINA and band before and after the show. Please provide sofas, tables, chairs, a good mirror, sink and refrigerator if possible.

Food & Drink:

LIBERTINA: LIVE is an alcohol-free, professional artist. Please provide:

12 small bottles of room temperature, regular, non-carbonated water for stage/backstage.

6 litres of chilled juice (real juice, fresh orange/mango etc)

7 fresh meals (dairy-free please - no milk, cheese etc), or 7 x €15 for buy-out.

Freight:

If LIBERTINA’s diamond-encrusted grand piano is contracted in, then freight is 1 x standard freight pallet. If not, standard airline baggage allowances will suffice.

Advertising & Promotion:

We have a large amount of slick promotional material we can send to you for your advertising requirements. Don’t hesitate to contact us, if you need posters, or flyer / promo templates, logos or pictures in various file formats. Just get in contact with us. Our fabulous promotional material does have our corporate branding on it, but it’s no problem at all to remove that for you, should you require anonymous branding for the concert promotion. If you would prefer to use your own designers and materials, we expect premium design, whether it’s professionally created or otherwise. Please run any new designs by us first before publishing them.

Directions / Arrival:

Please provide detailed directions in English, German or French language two weeks before the date of the show with the complete venue address and a phone contact. Stage musicians will need a safe / accessible parking space available close to the venue. Please provide arrival, sound-check and doors-open and on-stage times. The promoter or other person in official capacity should be at the venue at arrival time.

Accommodation:
